Look just cause it's intended doesn't make it balanced. This is not a justified reasoning.

Except that's not even the argument.
Yes, she's intended to be a bruiser fighter. That by itself doesn't balance her.
Her specifically being balanced around that does.
Good try.
A lot of these "Camille is balanced" thread pretty much using that logic which is what I'm trying point out. It's not a valid point.

Yes but the phrase 'intended to be' may strongly imply that the intention aims for something reasonable as opposed to a robot scissor on steroids since it is the obligation of the listener to assume the talker is reasonable to a certain point out of courtesy and respect for the value of his intention, and so go along on that vain and assume the scissor abomination is intended to be balanced as long as there's nothing too extreme in the description because the possibility that the intention is unreasonable is less because the talker due to his awareness of the general courtesy of people uses the word intention with the intention aligned with the expectation of that courtesy, but the point of the OP still stands, just because it is intended to be reasonable does not make it reasonable. Not that I've seen whether the giraffe scissor is balanced or not I just don't trust people who say "good try" at the end of their post.
Was that a good try also?
Camille is NOT balanced
But she is NOT INTENDED TO BE right now.
