Been cheesing Veigar lately as someone who mainly plays mages and its been working out. He has the damage for late game. You farm up early and get rolling mid game, and he can carry teamfights with his E and slows.

I kinda prefer the mountain idea more than the ladder. On a ladder, it's a straight line up and you'll never get above the person directly above you.

It also stands to reason that with the team you are stuck with, you have somebody that is going to fall off completely and take the rest of you with him
