How to fix teemo

1: people who have on hit effect abilities, dont actually go through, when you blind them like gp's q? thats some booty 2: have shorter cd on ult because red trinket counter teemo hard and if you dont wanna do that then 3: have the red trinket not disable the shrooms, if they walk over a shroom they should be punished for it.

Teemo is literally countered by everything and everyone, he can deal awesome dmg but if 2 people get a red trinket he's literally garbage. He cant put out more than 3 every 20 seconds when the red trinket is only 45 seconds, thats ridiculous. Teemos main source of dmg is countered by a trinket thats FREE.
