Why do you only get 
for free?
I imagine that you should get champs for each role to start you off, so you could play each role in case you don't get what the role you wanted to play.
So for example:
Getting for Top
Getting for Mid
Getting 
for Jungle
Getting for ADC
Getting 
for Support

Actually the reason nobody says that is because then a draven player would come and say that "Draven does it all, with style"
