Well, maybe I should have made this thread before stating what changes to Rylais would mean for someone like Mordekaiser or other champions relying on the item.
So yeah, take two;
What do you (Riot) think about the current state of Rylais Crystal scepter and some of its abuse cases (BWAK

Get yourself Guinsoo's, BotRK, the jungle AS item, and a Frozen Mallet just to keep the slow, and suddenly you're doing Kog'Maw levels of damage, from a safer distance, in AoE. And unlike Kog'Maw, you wouldn't have downtime, plus you'd have amazing self peel and a long range non-targeted dash for escapes. Toss in something like Static Shiv, maybe swap out FM for Iceborne Gauntlet or Trinity Force, but in any case...

that is pointless and his soldiers are the main part of his ap kit. would kill Azir completely.
