Lets give Fizz and Zed the Katarina Treatment

Base Health and regen down. Health per level up.

"For one of the heaviest snowball champions in league, Katarina's lane-bully potential is enabled by having the base-stats to win wars of attrition with enemy mids, whittling them down for the kill. We're pulling back on that to give her opponents a better window of vulnerability to exploit."

General HEALTH PER LEVEL: 80 ⇒ 83 BASE HEALTH: 560 ⇒ 510 BASE HEALTH REGEN: 7.7 ⇒ 4.5

This was the nerf katarina recieved back in 5.6, it toned down her power significantly in lane and made her feel a lot better to play vs.

Why not give it to Zed and Fizz? Two melee assassins that out trade pretty much every mid laner in the entire game.

Because there is a ton of counter play to zed. Fizz has a really weak early game. If you harrass him and force him to use his e defensively then he can't do anything against you. Kat has a low cooldown targeted ability she can harrass with.

Katarina has more counter play yet she got gutted.
