Is this cheating?

I'm trying my hardest not to be salty because we did just get stomped in this game. My reason for thinking about some kind of boost is the stats they posted on their op.gg.

One was a Leblanc and the other a Xin. The Xin camped Leblanc hard and she naturally got ahead (too fucking hard to counter that stupid ass champ with 100 escapes and a 10 mile long chain. That's another discussion to be had.) Xin and Leblanc just spread all over the match and essentially dominated the game. After some BM, they posted their op.gg which I decided to check out.

Yes, they are a duo. Leblanc is 20-0 as Leblanc with a HUGE winning streak of about 17 plus. Definitely way more than normal. Same with the Xin player, except his champ stats were just a bit lower. Same winning streak though.

Would you guys suspect them of boosting? I just cannot believe someone with that big of a winning streak is sitting in my elo. If they're REALLY that good, why aren't they placed a lot higher up? I mean, 17 plus wins in a row? People are struggling to fucking get FOUR in a row and these two quadrupled that. In my opinion, they either don't belong in this elo or they are boosting.

Yes I reported this just in case, but does Riot even look into this or are they too busy looking for people using "trigger words"?

They might just be smurfs, not necessarily boosting.

True, but then why smurf like that when it ruins it for people in the lower elo who are actually trying to climb? It's pointless.
