Conqueror on

You might be thinking how and why.

Well here's the thing, when you have some decent AP and most importantly, and you have Conqueror ready to be used, you ult someone and they will continuely take true damage from Conqueror since the duration is refreshed upon staying in combat and it keeps getting refreshed as long as the Ult is damaging the enemy.

Try going full AP on Mordekaiser with Conqueror and just ult someone and see their health go down due to them taking a big amount of true damage.

As for items, I suggest getting as much Magic Penetration as possible

Let me clear some things up. Conqueror gets ready by attacking minions, but must be proc'd on an enemy champion with an auto attack. After that any damage against a champion will keep it rolling. Its true damage is only good against tanky champions, if they are squishy aery Mpen is way better. Also, since you will be dealing 20% true damage, that is 20% less damage to feed into your shield. As true damage isnt magic damage

It's not worth using on Teemo because he's ranged, so he gets a 3 second buff before having to re-stack. On Morde you hit one Q on a champ, and your dot damage against champs continually refreshes the true damage buff without having to re-stack or auto attack anything.

Well so far things are ok, but I’ve been unfortunate enough to deal with illoui, teemo, and Darius with a jungler that doesn’t care anything about me in every single game (ANGER). Yea. However in the Darius one I actually did manage to get into the late game, so I did it on a Tristana. She was mine almost every time. So I think it’s ok, but I haven’t been able to see much results.

I've heard Aerie being better? This was because Mordekaiser's passive only works on magic damage he deals, making Conqueror reduce his shielding.

Also Aerie can proc multiple times on his ult, increasing the chance of it killing the target. Finally, he already tends to build magic pen, which means that transferring magic damage to true damage doesn't actually help him much.

I don't actually know this for a fact as I don't play him, but this is what I've heard.

Aery will be useless if your opponent is running away, since Aery takes a long time to get back to you to be proc'd again.

It works, and omfg is it fun. Just 3/4 healthed a MF. She had run off for AWHILE before her ghost popped up next to me.

Well the magic pen is useful because of how long the ult damage duration is and it still will deal slightly more damage than what ever MR they have. I don't know, it just works.

Pretty sure you just need to be "in combat." Since Morde's damage reapplies in ticks it counts as "in combat."

So anything that cancels the speed boost from Mobis or healing from Warmogs would also count for conqueror, I assume

No, it works after a few seconds if you even Auto a minion. It get's refreshed when triggered if you Auto a minion again.
