I decided not to do the Bone Plating + Second Wind combo for once in resolve in top lane

If I could I would report myself for inting then go back in time and punch my past self for being a dumbass.

Is it really that much of a huge leap of logic to just put those 2 minor runes in the same row?

they could also buff conditioning and have the flat portion of the rune gradually increase by 1 resistance point every minute and then unlock the % bonus at 10 minutes, and have the flat portion cap out at 10 armor/mr.

Put them in the same row, and then compensate by buffing the 15-135 bonus health.

I mean, at that point you might as well not have good combos in Resolve.

But I’m biased.

Not true, Chrysalis is a great rune. Regardless, if the other runes aren't very popular, then they should look into why, and not let Bone Plating + Second Wind or Bone Plating + Chrysalis be the only viable options.

Chrysalis is a great rune if you’re a fighter. No tank would actually want to lose their health for a meager amount of AD or AP.

i tend to put it on champs that i get grasp on so i get more hp with early trades. then later i get something in return for it when i have like... 2000 hp.

They would. Especially if they have hp based sustain and arent against ranged.

I take chrysalis on Darius, Since I'm lvl 1/2/3 dueling the opponent always, the 50 hp is usually the difference between who kills since every single Coplanar I play vs these days take Ignite

Well Darius is a fighter.

From my view Darius is some weird mix of tank/bruiser/fighter. He has high base stats so he's kinda tanky, deals damage and has survivability like a figher/bruiser. So i don't really know

you do know that you can proc electrocute easily by auto attack e auto attack right? it's the most efficient rune on quinn.

True.

I like going fast though. :p

Provides a way for the enemy to not be able to react quickly enough if I come flying at them.

What champion did you play? When I am playing Urgot in the top lane, I don't pick Bone Plating and use Demolish instead.

Good tower taking power when I stacked some HP and I am confident enough on Urgot to not really need Bone Plating.

Generally as Urgot I don't even pick Resolve secondary. I pick Domination, with Ravenous Hunter as a rune (plus some other filler rune, generally Eyeball Collection or Taste of Blood or Sudden Impact)

The reason for that is because when combined with Death's Dance and Spirit Visage, this gives Urgot good in combat sustain, something he would otherwise lack.

Plus, the AD from Domination is really good for last hitting better during the early game.

To be honest, I think Bone Plating is really overrated by people, I usually only pick it against strong cheese-y opponents like Riven or Darius, I do fine without Bone Plating in other situations.

i know right? my friend wanted to do a mirrow match (he is a wannabe Yasuo pro in bronce 2 and told me that my yas is shit so we did a 1v1) . He took resolve and i took domination. He was so fucking tanky like i was so in S H O O K of the massive difference (he had 400hp more and had 30 armour and mr more than i had).
