screw that, this juggernaut change is retarded. Countering his high damage should be poke and sustain. yet he ALSO 2 high-stick spells, as well as a heal.
His im-mobility is supposed to be countered by mobility. but he only needs to hit you once.
Before you could outmana-him, now he just needs to pressure your wavwe with W then kill you with full mana instead of using q to pressure waves.

No the problem is dead man's plate. There I said it. What do most broken people use right now. You guessed it. It's just too good of an item. Gives armor, HP, MS (more than boots), and damage.
Remove dead man's and Darius can't do anything.
