Why can Heimer's turrets attack structures?
To my knowledge, no other turret like summon (Zyra plants, Shaco boxes) can, and those things do a lot of damage to the turrets. Why?

Depárt1 votesBoth summons you mentioned can attack turrets, under the right circumstances, Shaco's box has to be triggered by another unit to attack the turret and has to be done before the turret prioritizes the box.
As far as I know, Zyras plants will attack structures also, but only if nothing else is in range, unless that was changed with her medium rework.

go top lane, build zzrot/banner and proceed to afk all game

The Turret will prioritize your turrets.
