Quinn's Q, is it blocked by Yasuo's Windwall? This might sound really stupid, but I'm just asking because she's sending Valor, who is a champion, to attack so I would expect it to not be blocked but I can't be sure without testing it and well, I don't own Quinn so I can't do it myself.

Ult. The 2 characteristics these 2 things have in common is that they damage units farther away at the exact same time they damage units closer to the caster. 
Q isn't like this, So I would tend to think it would be blocked. It would be logical too, A Wind Wall would theoretically be able to stop a flying bird.
