ryze is visibly weak in pro play. there are many ways to buff him to cater to low elo w/o disrupting pro play

I wonder how balanced Ryze would be if Riot replaced his ultimate and got rid of the point and click W and replaced it with a short but harsh slow and kept the root on EW.

you have no idea how many times i've suggested this over the years since his rework. they don't listen unfortunately

The worst part is, Riot did put the latter of my suggestions on the PBE a long while ago, got rid of them and said nothing of it.

increase E flux spread radius. higher elo players know how to distance themselves from minions that are already e fluxed so they wont be affected whereas lower elo will thrive in punishing players for not distancing themselves
