New Summoner Spell? (Interrupt)

It's just a thought, since we've lost a lot of summoner spells over the years and haven't gotten any new ones

Interrupt:

Interrupts or ends any/all enemy abilities in progress. (cooldown x)

Ex: Master Yi ults and heals: Interrupt ends his 'ult boost' and 'heal channel'.
