why not try to make sure every champion is viable somewhere on some level of play and work from that?

dude no need to bring rank into this. what i mean is that instead just reworking everything so its good in diamond, why not fix champions who are just flat out classed everywhere and help them get played somewhere could be bronze, gold ,diamond, master+ idc. just so every champion sees play somewhere. Champions like Galio Anivia Zilean who never see the light of day or champions like Aatrox Varus MissFortune Evelynn that arent completely useless but are overshadowed because there are other champions that just flat out do the same thing but better. I want to see champions like them be given help to succeed somewhere instead of just being overlooked. Im not saying you cant be good at or win with the ones i mentioned, it just that they have been floundering around with no reworks or help in sight (well besides zilean, but his rework is part of the reason he's like this). Regardless of what rank, just making a champion be playable somewhere should be riots focus instead of making champions who already where viable picks in certain ranks be Diamond level picks and bypassing the champions like the ones i listed.

There is nothing such as a diamond level pick or a bronze level pick. You can be bronze and have the mechanics of a diamond player at a champion. Just that your teamwork and other things probably making you stay in bronze.
