Is it just me, or is LoL not fun anymore?

Seriously, I play every week to have fun and.. well, it just isn't. When I'm with friends, we keep each other company and all is well. But other than that, League is just so... bland now. Half of the champion roster can't lane properly, my favorite class of champions has been trumped by one that does their job better, and I keep seeing the same damn champions every game. It's not fun to get beaten because a champion can delete me or because I can't get near my farm without getting skewered. ( ) I used to have so much fun trying new things, but now I'm literally forcing myself to play.

Since when did LoL become about stats rather than skill? Since when do I have to FORCE myself to play a game that I know and love? Riot, please help us old players stay interested in your game. Stop making a handful of champions your spotlight group, and let other champions be viable. I remember when I could play before every other mid laner did his job better. I remember when tanks used to be tanky because they were building to be, rather than be squishier than that building nothing but a .

I'm just tired of it. I'm tired of it all. If I can't have fun playing this game, why do I spend my Friday nights playing it? Why can't I ever think again, "Oh boy, I have IP! I can't wait to buy so-and-so champion!" Why can't I ever play the game and ENJOY it?
