twitch passive is undertuned

please, his passive is only useful at 6 stacks and only stops regeneration, you can easily negate it with a pot and every tank seems to outheal the damage please make it so that each stack gives 10% reduced effect of regenerations such as potions and hp regen. at 6 stacks of his passive 60% less effect of regeneration heals are also reduced but only by 5% each stack. targeted heals (soraka heals, kayle heal, etc) on infected targets remove 1 stack per heal.
