Remember that
came out around Season 1, when champions couldn't be mechanically complex because Riot had a weak system that, aside from
did not encourage LCS Big Plays or otherwise demand great mechanical knowledge or decision making.
Now that we're at the end of Season 5 he really needs a rework of some kind because he's honestly very clunky compared to the likes of
(who is, in my opinion, the most tactical person in the entire League mechanically) or
(who has realistic Risk Verses Reward) (EDIT: I wasn't thinking of his Chronobreak, I was thinking of Parallel Convergence because honestly I think that skillshot's pretty interesting but the large delay, even if it's area is not telegraphed, makes it hard to utilize to it's fullest)
He's not Tactical in comparison to many new Champions, his gameplay's tactics, at most, are trying to catch people in bad positions so you can throw an E-Q-W Combo for maximum damage and decide when to use
in the middle of a team fight with your Ultimate active. Oh, and managing your mana because Ravenous Flock drains your mana so freaking bad... Compare this to Azir, who needs to position his soldiers for maximum damage, or
who needs good mouse control so you don't accidentally devour your Front Line instead of the enemy with 3 stacks of your passive, or even
who needs good Seed and Plant placement to excel.
