It still bugs me that some tanks are effective burst assassins.

Malphite and J4 are the 2 I most often see doing this. It isn't even really an outplay given that they have such high ratios on their ults and other abilities which are kinda hard to miss. I use to build BV on squishes against Malphite because of how often they build a lot of AP.

Say That their ults reduced damage. Malphite ult reduced damage by hit targets by 25/30/35% for the next 2.0 seconds and J4 ult made enemies in his ult deal 20/25/30% less damage but both had their ult damage halved including the ratio.

Yes this would kill their burst assassin builds but also make them have the ability to render enemies less effective in a fight.

This is kinda a problem that no one is talking about. Some champs are building damage because there is no real reason to build defensive.
