PTR Archangel's Staff Changes.
"Archangel's Staff: Unique Passive - Awe max mana lowered from 3% to 1%" I hope Riot doesn't make this change and pushes this item to be better in builds that maximize AP.

It only affects archangels and not seraphs. You get the full 3% when it upgrades. They want it to be more of a scaling item.
Yes, same. I buy AA for the late game. I don't want it to turn into a shit tier item. Raise the price if you have to, do whatever you want but don't take my AP! :DDDD
