Riven Ahri Akali Lux Vayne are all in pretty desperate need of reworks

Buffs? I guess i would like to see Bard receiving some. He's not bad, but i would like to see him more.

Jax Annie Udyr Malphite MasterYi Kassadin Lulu Skarner Zilean could all use an Ezreal-tier rework. Don't totally reimagine the kit, but updated visuals, revamped numbers, and maybe a new ability or two would do these champs a lot of good.
