Can we talk about raisen brand?
I feel like he does way too much, and that passive though?

His passive is basically a Darius passive.
All he has in a 1v1 is his QWE and passive, I doubt that's going to kill you on it's own unless he's like 4 levels ahead of you. His ult isn't going to be doing a lot of dmg in a 1v1. Avoid teamfighting and grouping against him.

That would be a nice goofy skin. But Brand literally has only three abilites in a 1v1. His niche is AOE teamfight wreckage.

He has to land all his skill, two of which are very dodgable. With a competent opponent it's harder than you think.
Not to mention a lot of burst mages can 100-30 you with a full combo.
