Kaisa evolutions dont appear to be working properly with dragon buffs

Her tooltip says

LIVING WEAPON: Requires 100 − 71.1 (based on level) bonus attack damage to upgrade

Here we see infernal dragon buffs increasing her AD to 102 at which she should have her Q able to evolve, but the bar above her Q indicates that it's not enough. https://imgur.com/a/1hmWifx

Whether it was 1, 2 or 3 infernal drake buffs the number stayed the same and stuck at 93, even though the dragon buff is permanent and not some temp buff like celerity where your AD changes with certain requirements being met to boost damage
