Draven
well kog is irrefutably the biggest hyper carry, but he needs good teamwork in order to actually do something. twitch does have a good teamfight. trist has the safest lane and is the most annoying. but vayne can duel pretty much anyone she wants. there is my view

Kog'Maw does do insane damage. Melting Darius at melee range (with Q + 2 shots before the pull) faster than he can get a number of stacks he feels is enough to kill you with his ult is fun. My positioning is bad so on his last free week this happened several times.
exactly at full build he can pretty much melt anyone he wants in seconds

Twitch is the best in 5v5 teamfights when the enemy team is funneled through chokepoints. Critically striking 5 opponents at once is better than critically striking one guy at a time. So, jungle fights.
Tristana is the best in fairly open 5v5 teamfights without much cover or chokepoints, as her self-peel, mobility, and consistently solid range give her a solid edge compared to most other marksman. Her solid AA range isn't the greatest at firing through walls and all her stuff is point-click (screwed by stealth/brush). So, mid-lane, Baron, or Dragon pit brawls.
Kog'Maw is best at seiging. Victory condition with Kog generally envolves weakening the enemy team before an engagement happens, which also generally means decent fortifications for his team to set up nearby, such as the walls in either base. His slowing field covers a greater distance in fortifications, and his poke is more likely to strike targets when they're grouped at a base entrance/within a base. So, base sieges.
Vayne is best in 1v1 scenarios, broken team fights, series of 1v1s, clean-up crew, and lots of skirmish/duel situations. She's quite possibly the worst marksman in full on 5v5 situations, but on the flip side she's probably the strongest marksman in 1v1 duels. So, not team-fights.
There all solid, just in different situations.
Tristana's situations are probably the easiest to replicate and happen in the most momentum-dictating parts of the game though, so that's a solid arguement for best.
That said - the term hypercarry tends to mean awful early, amazing late, amazing scaling with items - which is something Vayne represents more than any of the champions you listed.
If Kog has a team that can protect him and will protect him, he shreds through the enemy like butter. Tristana is an insane hyper carry as well but has self peel, so she isn't as team dependant. (That's the reason she's so popular right now.) Twitch can function both as a ad carry or assassin, so it's pretty much up to you. As a carry he ults when most hard cc is down and someone is around to take anyone off him, as an assassin he waits for the enemy carry, stealths
ults and can completely destroy whomever he's targetting. Vanye is strong if she gets to late due to the silver bolts but doesn't have as much range. I'd say Tristana is the strongest right now as you don't have to have a whole comp revolving around her protection. Not to mention all of the mobility picks as of late make Koggy sad.
Vayne would be best if her range was not so short. The other three all have a range steroid which will allow them to pump out DPS from a safer distance. If she cannot either catch people out of position to use her dueling power or get close enough to team fights to help without getting locked down and blown up then she is kind of useless.
I would say Tristana is the weakest in terms of damage output, but she is more reliable in terms of living to deal damage than the others with her self peel.
Twitch is better than Kog'Maw while his ult is on, but the ability that makes Kog'Maw dangerous is a basic ability (his W). Also I think Kog'Maw is better at dealing with tanky team comps than Twitch.
