its season 6 and annie still gets to hold on to her stun.
viegar got nerfed for being able to fuck you in ass at level 6 but annie is still doing it.

ZephyrDrake3 votesVeigar also has a skill with ult lvl damage as a regular skill and i'm pretty certain that his stun was much longer range than Annie's not to mention that he could delete you with JUST his R if you were AP whereas Annie needs to use EVERYTHING and even then it might not be enough at times
