Is it just me or is Talon bs?

Ive been playing him and I actually really like him. Me and my friends joke around and say he's "cancer" though because he can just kind of 'leave' a fight as long as he's decently within range of a wall. I've actually been using it to bait flashes into ganks by fighting someone I can barely fight, waiting until I get low enough for them to finish me off, hop the wall, bait flash, and there's my jungler ready to finish the party.
