I love Varus so much for clearing waves. He doesn't require to cast any spells and he has that his passive that provides extra attack speed.
The worst adc for clearing wave would be Jhin imo. When there's mega minions on your base, it just takes forever for him to clear ...

is going to clean up easily.
Throw a Q to prime the wave, and then hit W, you is you miss 2 CS I'd be shocked.
