Fusion between Wit's End and Mercurial Scimitar into 1 item

I'd like to suggest a fusion of 2 items – Wit's End and Mercurial Scimitar into 1 item

From my personal experience Wits End ain't great item yet it's fun and should stay in the league in some form. For me personally the item does not increase my win rate or allow me to win more duels. It falls off lategame and for example for champs like Yi that relies to onhit effects the item is really weak compared to items like BORK, Malmortius, Edge of Night, the old Banshee Vail. QSS, Statikk Shiv, Infinity, Phantom Dancer and so on

For instance if I go Yi vs Teemo then Wits End will definitely wont help me win unlike for instance QSS or even Hexdrinker / Malmortius.

And another reason for the fusion is that AD Champion have too many MR options as Wits End seems to be the weakest option

So here is how the item fusion would look like

Mercurial's Wit = item 1043 Recurved Bow + item 3140 Quick Silver Sash + item 1053 Vampiric Scepter 30 AD 30% attack speed 30 magic resistance 10% lifesteal unique: each basic attack steals 5 magic resistance up to 30 and does 50% of your champ total magic resistance into bonus (magic ?) damage active: remove all type of crowd control and grands 100% movement speed for 1 sec (90 sec cooldown)

If Edge of Night is focused toward assassins, then Mercurial's Wit would be focused toward onhit effect champions. The item has defensive nature since it deals damage based on your magic resistance. The more resistance you got, the more damage it does but still it will feel far away from burst. Maw of Malmortius also grands lifesteal when your champ is low on health so Mercurial's Wit and Malmortius would benefit each other quite well. Also Mercurial's Wit and BORK give lifesteal and are onhit effect items they synchronize well and Rageblade and Spirit Visage will benefit.

I kinda like this idea actually. The are both niche items, both up attack speed and have very meldable functions. The only issue might be the lifesteal making it to OP but it would be worth a cost increase.
