As someone who's been playing a crap ton of Neeko, I must say, she does not need a buff. She's already got massive nuking potential, tons of burst damage and a good kit. Any more buffs and she'll be gutted the patch after her buff.

She did just get released and I don't know why people go off champions win rate there are ALOT of variables in there that need to be considered to see a champions true win rate. I think Neeko is fine right now.
Tuition Fee1 votesId say she still has a mid-tier skill cap, which is why her win rate isn't soaring right now. Plus, winrate doesn't always correspond with how op a champ is. After all, league is a five person game, and neeko is fairly new. I expect the winrate to climb a bit once we get more Neeko players.
