Which Champion do you think Riot goes overboard when it comes to Nerfing?

Evelynn Azir Kalista Sejuani Kassadin Gragas When I think about nerf all I can think of is these champions. Some of them have really unhealthy kits. Increasing their skillcap by removing powers from them.

As much as I hate Kalista and would love some form of nerf to her moreso, her kit is incredibly hard to balance. If they do too much she is useless, but on the other hand she is still an incredibly strong pick that has little weaknesses and many strengths even after her nerfs. As for Azir, I feel like he is in a healthy spot to say the least for now. While I still hate him, he is not as bad as he was when he first came out. Kassadin is another champion that is hard to nerf because of the style of his kit. He is made to counter mages, which is fine, but he does it TOO well, although he does seem a bit weak atm. Sej could use the buffs tbh, Gragas not so much. Evelynn just needs a rework XD
