He has a very strong buff coming hell its ridiculously strong... Please staph. I like playing skarner. I dont want him to end up like syndra.

1.5sec stun on the E proc with increased E damage, he is going to be a vicious jg, as fun as it would be seeing him in play isnt this taking it a little too far? Anyone thats done will with skarner in a match knows he can be pretty damn strong and extremelly oppresive if he is ahead. He already has a lot of sustain in the jg.

He has almost close to no presence in teamfights except being an ult bot. Having a longer stun duration can help him a little better in it.

a 1.5second stun will make excellent ganks all game aswell as make his jg even safer.

Well based off op.gg and lolking, his win rate sits around 47% (~50% is what riot strives for) and his pick rate is less than 0.5% which means based off those same sites, he is picked less in the jungle than fiddlesticks, nunu, Dr. mundo, and even ivern. All of those champions are just lost in this meta (in the jungle at least) and need just a little boost to get back up to that 50%, maybe the 0.5 extra stun time on his E may bring him back up? Not sure, that's what the PBE is for

Ppfft. he needs like 3 more buffs before he's even considered useful. his only purpose in a team fight is to ult someone. he is almost uselses. no amount of buff in this is going to change that, without completely breaking him. You wanna fix him? Increase his base movement speed by 50. Maybe him move at 520 with full boots. maybe him go at fast as hecarim hitting over 600 speed. Then, MAYBE he'll become useful.
