why riot should implement an invite system to practice tool

lets say you have a damn good combo you want to do in flex and its hard to land, its not worth it to play 20+ draft games to get it right when you can go ot practive tool and in 20 minute ace this combo, heck you just want to check 2 champions synergy, what better? to go on a 20+ normal game only to check if these 2 champions go hand in hand, or go to practice tool, which if you don't alot of cool synergies get missed out because people have no time to test it in normals.

and give the toolbar only to the host.
