4th Keystone suggestions for all Rune Paths except Domination

Precision -- Runaan's Hurricane: Basic attacks fire a bolt at an enemy near your target that deals X (+Attack Damage)(+Ability Power) adaptive damage. Bolts apply on-hit effects, but do not count as basic attacks. Before a certain level they deal massively reduced damage to minions and monsters. Ranged: After a certain level, fire two bolts instead.

Since Runaan's Hurricane has caused so many issues in the past and, subjectively, still causes them on some champions right now I thought that could be solved by making a weaker version of its effect into a Keystone and removing the item. That justifies it not interacting with some abilities and you have to pay for its AoE damage/wave clear by not being able to pick another Keystone you might want.

**Sorcery -- Thunderlord's Crown: ** Basic attacks and damaging abilities against enemy champions grant you a stack of Thunder for 8 seconds, up to 6 stacks. Gain bonus Attack Damage or Ability power per stack, adaptive. Melee: At 6 stacks, your next basic attack or ability deals bonus adaptive damage to up to 4 nearby enemies (45 second cooldown).

A lot of Fighters are missing Fervor of Battle dearly and while people always talk about adding it to Resolve or Precision, I think it'd be weird for a Keystone that gives Adaptive Force to be in one of those two trees so I put it where it belongs best, imo, Sorcery. And since some Battle Mages are missing a Keystone, too, this version gives AP as well.

The bonus damage on melee champions is supposed to help with melee/ranged balance.

Resolve -- Wandering Mountain: Grants increasing Tenacity when walking continuously in one direction. After a few seconds, also grants bonus Armor and Magic Resistance and Immovable Object. Immovable Object: Ignore enemy displacement effects for 1 second after your Movement would have been heavily impaired (30 second cooldown).

I was trying to come up with a Keystone that Nunu might pick and this is what happened. Except for a slight overlap with Predator users it fulfills a niche on Juggernauts and Vanguard that think they might have a hard time reaching their enemies.

**Inspiration -- Recall Pad: ** Grants a Recall Pad you can set up at a target location. Recalling on the platform grants you and allied champions Enhanced Recall. If the pad is broken by an enemy champion or after it's been used too often, you can pick up a more durable version in the shop after a few minutes. At level 10, you can pick up a second Recall Pad.

When out of combat, allied champions gain bonus Movement Speed walking towards a Recall Pad. This Movement Speed increases the closer they get.

This is Keystone that fulfills a similar use as Teleport in that it allows you to get back to lane quicker, but it's not quite as strong. In exchange it also gives nearby allied champions access to Enhanced Recalls. It can be used in all sorts of strategies, Singed could pick it up to escape after he proxies, a Bot Lane Support could get it for his Marksman/Mordekaiser/Ziggs, Top and Mid can use it for lane control (maybe? might be too weak for that).

Thundelord’s Crown: seems good fair enough

Wandering Mountain: This seems way too situational as a keystone because most of the time you don’t walk in a straight line.

Recall Pad: good idea but not quite what we need right now. Supporting or defensive keystones are very lacking right now

Ruunan’s: Really bad idea. What is the range for melees? What happens when you also buy a Ruunan’s? Tiamat? Guinsoos? KOGMAW????? TWITCH??????

Runaan's the rune would replace Runaan's the item. The range on melee's would be about Tiamat's range, I guess. It wouldn't interact with Twitch's ult anymore because the bolts don't count as a basic attacks.

Domination:

BloodBond Martyr

When you die, deal X-X (Based on level) [+%AD ] [+%AP] adaptive damage to each enemy champion who dealt damage to you within the last 6 seconds.

Which part of "Riot removed old Fervor on purpose" is hard to understand? Yes, I get that certain bruisers lack a keystone, but that's no excuse to bring back that stat stick keystone - remember, these keystones are there to influence how you play the game, not to just exist for a boost. Thunderlord's was changed to Electrocute for the same reason, as was Bloodlust to Footwork. Darius could be balanced by changing his abilities around a bit, from bonus AD to total AD. Then, a little buff to Black Cleaver's anti-tank properties...

whats press the attack then? or lethal tempo?

because as far as i can see all champions who rely on auto attacks to deal damage dont really have to change their play pattern to trigger most of the keystones in the new system.

whenever i play such a champion im not even thinking about the keystone and just passively benefit from it by playing like i would anyways. you focus a target and start auto attacking, and just get a damage proc and the % damage increase.

but if youre unfortunate enough to play a caster, youre constantly playing a minigame of "how do i proc phase rush in this fight?". you have to consciously make decisions on how to even trigger your keystone, and you have to alter your ability combos in a way to get these damn things to activate.

this goes even for keystones like grasp, because the ramp up timer is so long that it often expects you to stay an extra second or two in combat after a trade instead of disengaging like you normally would.
