How do you know there's a mobility problem?
When Kalista, I repeat, goddamn 
KALISTA, one of if not THE most mobile Marksmen in the game, is buying Boots of Swiftness. The reason, and I quote, "For more mobility :D".

SkyblazeHydraX31 votesEven so, Kalista doesn't need Swiftness Boots. When virtually any or every given champion, even Kalista, benefits from Boots of Swiftness over other boots, there is a problem.
