Doran shield coupled to Second wind makes you really hard to poke and you also get bonus damage to minions

Some Tryndamere mains have been trying triple bead into hard matchups like Jayce and Ryze in high elo (Jaysea and Foggedftw2). I'm not sure exactly why but one advantage I know for sure is that they build tiamat anyway so one bead isn't wasted. Not sure of the reasoning for the other 2 though, or if bead start is any good in any case.

Good Garen players do this. Beads sell more efficiently than doran's.

Miscalculation. You can get it on 1st recall though and get a Ruby Crystal 1st and a potion. It is worth over Doran?

It's seriously still not worth it. You're actually planning to waste another 30 seconds of laning phase just to get a proper starting item set? By the time you do that, you wasted a lot of minion experience & gold, and you gave your enemy opponent a lead in XP & he'll already be starting his 1st build path.

The Doran Shield is more than enough to give you a proper early game sustain without having to waste additional time just to build a Rejuvenating Bead, especially when coupled with bonus HP regen alongside minion last-hit assistance it provides.
