Giving a spellshield to litterally anyone who does damage is the most retarded thing i have ever seen to exist. Malzahar support is so oppressive that me, a person who shit stomps botlane in 90% of my blitzcrank games, cant do anything... i mean ANYTHING vs him.

malzahar passive has damage reduction against everything just stating something that people tend to forget

Abyssal's scepter switched its passive with Banshee's.

60 AP 60 MR 10% CDR A spell shield that refreshes every 44-8 seconds.

well first abbysal doesn't grant ap any more (according to surrender@20)

second .. banshees allready has that passive - without the skaling ...

third .. its a testing system .. we also don't get Jinx criting spell even it was on the pbe

He could of explained better, Sceptre and Veil are switching stats.

So BV will be 60 AP, 60 MR, 10% CDR, and keeping the shield, meaning it will be built by APCs Sceptre is getting 70 MR, 300 HP, 10% CDR (Idk where the CDR is coming from but whatever) and the aura the allows all nearby enemies to take +10% magical damage.
