why are certain champs based around how stupid your enemy is
Ekko has always been like this since release. You have Champion who does a song and dance before his ablilies land and you still can't seem to dodge them.

Critmaster Garen1 votes1 on 1 in lane maybe. but the thing is on a really short cooldown and very broad. plus it passes through minions at least to some degree.
so its easy to spam into a teamfight where it sits in the way of people moving. it might be shitty to hit someone directly, but is an excellent zoning tool. as far as the w goes its the same. the area is gigantic.
