minor cass buff?

i've started playing cass recently and i realized that her q actually does have an animation cast time.

im pretty sure her E can be cast while moving, but it seems a bit weird that Q can't too. the cast time is short but still enough to throw me off.

i always thought her abilities were like syndra / lissandra in that they could be cast while moving. i'm pretty new to her, but i find her a bit hard to use because of that. it's hard to kite when you have to wait for q to finish animating.

would it throw off her balance if she could cast q while moving?
