shyvana nerfs?

She hardly needs buffs, she has a very high winrate. However, I feel this nerfs will pidgeonhole her even more into being an non-interactive jungle farming machine, the nerf on W is ok, she needs to slow down a little (wish we could slow down Yi as well). But the nerf on Q I don't get, her early game damage is mediocre at best, this will only hurt her early game, where she doesn't shine at all and her ability to actually go top lane, which will be even more unviable than ever.

True she does not need buffs, but the nerfs are uncalled for while her counters and more opressive junglers exist. Lee/Nid. Even Gragas is seen as more oppressive. Even Fiora goes untouched while she dominates top lane.
