How about removing Grievous Wounds from Ignite and giving it to Exhaust?

Right now Ignite is an incredibly strong summoner spell that makes it far too easy to pick up kills, while Exhaust seems to be lacking. Taking away GW from Ignite gives it a bit more counterplay, while still allowing for the ability to be used as intended. GW on Exhaust will also make it a more desirable pick for supports again, as it can be used to counter Heal and other healing supports.
