Who else could use an Ezreal style VGU?

With Ezreal's VGU coming up soon I'm wondering who else could be getting similar treatment. We know this VGU has more of an emphasis on the visual part, with a smaller focus on Ez's gameplay. Who else would you like to see get a VGU like this?

For me I think Syndra would be a good candidate as her viability in the game is almost entirely based on how effectively she can one-shot someone. Her visuals and thematic could definitely be majorly improved, and as far as her kit goes I think her passive and ult are the only thing that really need to be changed.

Other champions I could see getting this scale of VGU include Caitlyn, Annie, Kennen and Janna. I would say Karma too, but she probably needs much more work.
