He is the strongest jungler in the game and a tier 1 top laner
He wins games with no skill involved by simply pressing R
He is disgustingly overpowered and disgustingly designed
If any one champion needs to be gutted in preparation for a rework, its Warwick
He should be left in a completely unviable state and his rework should be pushed to priority #1 for the rework team.
Ways Riot can do this:
- Remove on-hits from ultimate
- Double ultimate cooldown
- set passive healing to 1/3 of passive damage, then gutter his AS steroid
- make his AS steroid only effect him, make his MS steroid only count when moving toward enemy champions, and gutter his ultimate damage
He needs it.
I do not conisder him a teir 1 top laner, maybe 3 possibly 2.

He's banned right now because, of the new jungle it was built around jugs that can sustain and he sustains the best.
it does take skill to use him and only bronze V players simply press R all the time. His R doesn't win games by far his most usefull ability is his W.
His design is a personal prefence of your having a phobia about wolves, which is not riots fault go seek help.
He's not Op. He's fighter class, with sustain. No gap closers or cc pre 6, His only cc/gap closer is his ult. It does not instantly kill though you might have thought so, many bronze do.
To the fact you said he should be left in a completely unviable state shows your an idiot, why not just remove him then and not even bother reworking.
Now to your rework ideas...

Seriously quit hating on a champion learn to counter and have fun playing the game, Your entire post had so much hate against him that neither I nor anyone will really take your ideas seriously.
Ps: FYI Riot doesn't want to rework a champion and make it unable to be played, they want to make reworks make champions balanced not simply nerfed to the ground.
