Promotion free match?

So I am in bronze 5 currently and was in b4 to b3 promos a few days ago. I failed those promos and they said next time I get to b4 to b3 promos, i get a free win. But then i demoted to b5 where i am now and again it said i will get a free win for my next promos. Am I keeping both free wins for b5 to b4 and b4 to b3? Or does the b4 to b3 delete. It would really be awesome if I could keep both.

I am not sure if you would keep you Bronze 3 promo win, but you definitely have a free win in Bronze 4.

It does not stack so whatever your next promos is the only one you will get until you drop a rank or fail your next promos.
