I got someone who ran it down top but his justification to me was he didn't say anything mean, it's just a game, and don't be rude or angry. So I'm wondering if it's okay if I did the same running it down intentionally feeding but didn't talk in chat.

its normal rito dont ban you if you run it down mid but it will ban you if you talk to the one who run it down mid
