Why do people think this season balance is healthier than season 3?

Back to only KASS was OP 90% pick or ban rate days please... If one champion was banned, fine as that was the only problem. Back in season 3 my noob bronze self could actually ban COMPS based on what the enemy picked. Ex: OMG the enemy team didn't ban malphite so ok we either ban him or pick him. In the event they DO pick malphite, you take orianna to STOP their wombo combo. nowadays people DON'T consider comp in solo queue and spam ops: Irelia, yasuo, pre nerf zed, pre nerf swain and vlad!!!!, darius and illaoi (personal ops idk if you consider them op). If the enemy team picks an op you lose whether their comp fits the team or not.
