Mercury's Treads or Ninja Tabi? The eternal question...

Say your enemy is 2.5 physicals, 2.5 magic (i.e. ADC is Ezreal or Corki), but has good CC as well. There's really no correct choice, right?

I hate running into this dilemma.

What happens if you die before the tenacity even matters?

If it happens it happens, I think of tenacity like car insurance.

It's there in case you need it but you hope you don't
