I am in need of serious help concerning ranked

I've been stuck in silver 5 since I was placed roughly 3 weeks ago and have gone through a couple of series only to get stomped because that's when the game decides to match me with the uncooperative whiny type of people. This time it decided to do it outside of placers. I have gotten to the point where it's do or get bronzed, and that's just a nightmare for me. What can I do though, it takes more than me to win games because it's a team game. I don't know what to do. Its too stressful.
