For me it's a tough choice between unkillableassassinKayn/Rhaast, 3ADisarealnerfGraves, 20kill45CSin25minLeblanc, hahaURscrewedSION, Ireallybalanced, and I'mSoHappyHeCameIntoTheMetaURGOT!! There are some other annoying strong champs but not like these dudes

Yasuo, Irelia, Darius, Draven, Leblanc. All need nerfs. I made a page about Darius and Irelia both being overpowered as it was before their buffs.

Irelia is clear winner.
Other than her, Darius has too much free mobility and uneccessary too high values - that you can kite him isn't excuse for this.
From assassins, LB and Zed are way too stronger than rest of the pack, mainly because they can dish their dmg in a way you cannot retaliate. Imo Zed need mini rework, give him more mobility with W, less dmg on abilities, increase ult cd and maybe just maybe increase dmg from passive, so he will have to do aa if he wants to kill, not just RQE.
From supports, Pyke needs to be unable to effectively build AD and do same damage as Zed, while being super tanky with free healing while invisible. Also Rakan is too forgivable, slippery. He should be either more squishy or have longer cooldowns on his gazilion dashes.
From marksmen, will there ever be done something to that speed of Jhin? The last nerf didn't change anything.
