Is there any way Quinn can take on elise and win a trade or no? How do Quinn's build against this spider slut?

Get a hexdrinker and save your q to after she jumps on you with q in spider form so you can q to damage (and most likely kill) her spiderlings as well. Otherwise as Ragnola said, avoid the initial stun. Getting a QSS or Merc treads can help you as well.

It is possible. Elise's cocoon is a line skillshot, move to the sides in an unexpected way and you are likely to dodge it. Also hide between minions if possible so she cant land her stun eve if she rappels on the minions

Are you speaking of Elise Jungle, or Elise top?

Well then ward your lane and watch the minimap, looking for where she is. Her cocoon is a line skill shot, making it relatively easy to dodge (it's all about the mind games of dodging) Her level 1-2 is a bit awkward, but once she's level 3 she hits a power spike. Carefully invading her in her first-second camp is really deadly for her as she levels up q-w first and uses them to clear, and still has no escape except summoner 4 assuming she runs it. What I personally find really useful for dealing with some champions I find annoying is watching high elo montages of them, this way I know what I can expect from them and learn how strong they are and generally experience against/with any champion will help you a ton in facing them in future matches.
