Lucian and thresh are popular, but they aren't really good until you get into plat. Lee Sin and Vayne are popular, but their win rates are too low to nerf them.

MunchCrunchLunch2 votespeople always complain about yasou. they stopped about 5-6 months ago when zed became op and now we're back to yasuo. hes extremely annoying to lane against. you can't make him stay behind in any possible way. hes not weak at any point of the game. his flow passive is what most people really hate. dashes in to harass you and his shield absorbs all the retaliation you do
Linna Excel1 votesI think some of the problem with yasuo is you basically flip a coin and if it comes up tails, your team is screwed regardless of which team he was on. It's like he's either carrying hard or feeding hard with little room between the two extremes.
